John Abaldo
Managing Partner
I have worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 25 years. My experience includes all aspects of landwork, most recently as Land Manager of Business Development at Denbury Resources Inc., where I managed billions of dollars in acquisitions and divestitures, and supervised due diligence teams on projects throughout the country. Additionally, I was part of the team involved in the completion of the Denbury Green 320-mile pipeline running from Louisiana through Texas. While working at Merlin Oil & Gas, Inc. I managed the Avondale 3-D, one of the largest seismic and exploration projects in the State of Louisiana. Andrus Whitewing
Project Manager
Senior Landman with 38 years experience in Oil & Gas as an Independent Landman, with expertise in Due Diligence, Title Examination, Lease Acquisition, and many other aspects of the Oil & Gas Industry. Andrus is highly experienced in managing various projects including having extensive experience as a Seismic Permit Coordinator. Andrus is also experienced in the areas of Web Design and Development.

Caryn Cosper
Project Manager
A 19-year veteran of the land business, Caryn has expertise in project management and due diligence having worked for various brokerage firms in Texas and Louisiana, as well as in-house. She has worked on projects in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Mississippi, Kansas, Arkansas, Montana and Wyoming. Prior to being a landman, Caryn was a Deputy Land Commissioner with the Texas General Land Office. She is also a proud Texas Aggie, class of 1980. Whoop!
